Andy and Mark-

I cannot thank you enough for your outstanding assistance. As mentioned previously, Mark's training and networking recommendations (office operations) have already aided in 3 proposals for contracts. Two of the three have responded positively, and we are now expanding with new skills in areas that could not have previously pursued. Because our computers are now functioning properly, we have been able to follow up with expectation of success in these opportunities.

The third prospect has asked for meeting following April 24th, so IT assistance is making a significant difference in company success. Thanks to Mark and Andy Demers help in averting disaster in a computer crash, we are up and running and working hard.

Genesistems' expertise and support were crucial to our progress. The combination of software/hardware expertise and knowledgeable, practical software training is a logical, but rare combination to find. Genesistems has it all.
